01 Once you have signed-up, you can pick up to five teams. Each team must contain 7 riders, with only two riders coming from any one club. Your teams must each be built to a points limit of 42 (maximum)

02 As your riders score points in real-life meetings, so they score points for your own teams.

03 You can make up to 14 transfers (for each team) during the course of the season. There are no restrictions as to when or how you use your transfers. You can use them to replace injured riders or you can use them tactically, to bring in a rider from a team that is about to have a heavy schedule perhaps.

04 Each of your teams are automatically entered into the Main standings - the overall 'championship'. In addition, each team is placed into a Mini league, which has a maximum of 15 teams. If you specified that you support a team, your teams will all be entered into a Supporters league containing all the teams of other people that support the same team as you. You can set up Private Leagues for just you and your mates and, lastly, but by no means least, there is The Mushroom Cup - a Champions League type format, with sox qualification periods producing 512 teams for a straight head-to-head knockout phase. Main standings - the main championship, containing all the teams
Mushroom Cup - all teams are automatically entered into this Champions League type format, with league-based qualification periods followed by a knockout phase producing, ultimately, a FINAL. In theory, you can enter a team into the game 8 weeks into the season and still have as good a chance of anyone of winning because points from the qualification periods are not carried over into the next one.
Mini leagues - every team is entered into a league containing a maximum of 15 teams. Access the table for each of your teams by clicking the link at the top of individual team-sheets
Supporters Leagues - contains all the teams of other people that support the same real-life team as you
Private Leagues - You can set these up for just you and your mates
